  • 해동후 끓는 물에 수비드백을 넣고 15분 정도 끓여주세요.

  • 수비드백 안에 내용물을 꺼내서 5분정도 식힌후 잘라서 드세요.

(전자렌지)

  • 해동후 수비드백을 5분 동안 전자레인지에 돌린 후 순대를 드세요.

    • In a boiling pot of water, add the sous-vide bag for 15 mins then take out of pot, cut open the bag, let the sausage cool for 5 mins before cutting to serve.

  2. (MICROWAVE)

    • Microwave the sous-vide sausages for 5 mins on high then cut open the bag to take out, let the sausage cool for 5 mins before cutting to serve.

Ingredients: 다진 돼지고기 (ground pork), 돼지 선지 (pork blood), 당면 (potato starch noodles), 파 (green onion), 양파 (onion), 부추 (chives), 마늘 (garlic), 돼지 창자 (natural hog casing), 소금 (salt), 고추가루 (Korean red chili pepper powder), 생강 (ginger), 후추 (black pepper)
